PARKING:  6 designated accessible parking spaces outside the door.  Parking space 13 ft. wide.  Accessible aisle 5 ft. wide.

FACILITIES:  Luggage handling, non-smoking rooms and Assistive Listening Systems available.  Increased wattage lighting in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and dining areas.   Signage printed in contrasting colors with raised lettering.

PUBLIC REST ROOMS:  In lobby.  Doors 35 in. wide, open in.  Turns to enter.  Accessible stalls have 34 in. wide doors opening out, and handrails.  19 in. toilet seat height, 10 in. between commode and wall.  Sink height 34 in.  Wrapped pipes.  Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions.  Unisex or companion assisted rest rooms available.  Rest rooms identified by raised figures with pants or skirt on the door to designate men or women.

ELEVATOR:  In lobby, serving all levels.  Door width 42 in.  Control buttons 42 in. high.  Buttons in braille and raised.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  King-size bed, on a frame with no obstruction beneath, in accessible rooms.  Sleep sofa and cot available.  Unnecessary furniture removed upon request.  60 inch circular clearspace in room and in bath.  Bathroom door is 42 in. wide.  Grab bar in tub.  Hand held shower heads.  Sink 34 in. high.  Wrapped pipes.  Handrail with the toilet.  19 in. toilet seat height.  Wheelchair can be parked beside the toilet for a lateral transfer (32 in. min.)  Room numbers with braille and raised markings.  Talking alarm clocks.  Large digit display alarm clocks.  Smoke alarm with flashing light.  TTY.  TTY connected to front desk.  Amplified phones.  Room light flashes when phone rings.  Closed captioned TV.  Door knock light.  Vibrating alarm clock.  Lever handles on doors.  Closet rods wheelchair height.  Lowered peep holes, thermostats and light switches.  Extended drapery rod pulls.  If wheelchair accessible room is not available, alternate accommodations (removal of doors and furniture)  can be made.

STAFF TRAINING:  All personnel trained in Opening Doors® training program.

RESTAURANT:  12 tables for guests in wheelchairs.  Tables 29 in. high.   Aisle width between tables is 69 in.  Menus available in large print and on non-glossy surface. 

SAFETY PROCEDURES:  Front desk personnel routinely made aware of guests with disabilities, and their type, in case of emergency.
