ENTRANCE: Under valet carport. 1 exterior step, 6 in. in height and marked with tactile strip/color change. Ramp provided. Glass entry doors, 36 in. wide, easily open out with clearly marked pull handle located 34 in. above floor.
FACILITIES: 2 steps from lobby level to pool. Signage printed in contrasting colors with raised lettering. Lowered drinking fountains, luggage handling, non-smoking rooms and Assistive Listening System available. There is increased wattage lighting in meeting areas.
PUBLIC REST ROOMS: In lobby and restaurant. 36 in. wide doors open out. No turns to enter. Accessible stalls have handrails. 19 in. toilet seat height, and 21 in. between commode and wall. Sink height is 21 in. Pipes wrapped. Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions. Rest rooms are identified by a raised figure with pants or skirt on door to designate men or women. Unisex and/or companion assisted rest room available.

ACCOMMODATIONS: 6 wheelchair accessible rooms on 1st floor, with king-size or 2 queen-size beds on frames with no obstructions beneath. Sleep sofa. Unneeded furniture can be removed. 60 in. circular clear space in room and in bath. Bathroom door 36 in. wide. Wheelchair accessible toilet is 19 inches high with room for a lateral transfer. Grab bar in tub. Hand held shower heads. Sink is 25 in. high, pipes wrapped. Handrail with toilet. Room numbers with braille and raised markings. Room phones marked with raised/recessed numbers. Smoke alarm with flashing light. TTY. Amplified phones. Room light flashes when phone rings. Closed captioned TV. Lever handles on doors. Lowered closet rods, thermostats and light switches.
RESTAURANT: Table height is 30 in. Menus are available on non-glossy surface.
