DIRECTIONS: Take the Elm Avenue exit from I-581, proceed west to Jefferson St. - turn right on Jefferson St. to Campbell Ave.  Turn right on Campbell - Center in the Square will be on the right.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Center in the Square provides a home for three museums, theatre, opera, ballet, an arts council, and museum shops in the heart of Roanoke’s historic downtown.

PARKING:  10 designated accessible parking spaces.  Located in adjoining parking garage.  Parking space 10 ft. wide.  Accessible aisle 6 ft. wide.  Nearby ramps well marked.

TYPES OF PATHS TO OR AROUND ATTRACTION:  Carpet over cement.  Walkways  accessible to persons with mobility disabilities.

ENTRANCE:  1st floor remote access door opener.

PUBLIC REST ROOMS:  Located at individual attractions. 
Turns to enter.  Accessible stalls.  Handrails.  19  in. toilet seat height.  Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions.  Wrist blade faucets.  Lowered towel racks and accessories.  Rest rooms are identified by a raised figure with pants or skirt on door to designate men or women.

ELEVATOR:  Serves all levels.   Buttons in braille, recessed, raised.   Audible floor change signal.

PUBLIC TELEPHONE:  Accessible phones located at various attractions.  Lowered phones.  Numbers in braille, recessed, raised.  TTY.  Amplified headsets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Accepted credit cards: V,  MC,  AE  and DS.  Non-smoking areas available.
