PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS IN WHEELCHAIRS TO RIDE ATTRACTIONS:
General procedures: See special guide for specific information on each ride's procedures. Some rides do require an access boarding time to return. Times are available from ride attendants. Please see the guide book for more specific rules and procedures. Due to the popularity of front and back seats of roller coasters, guests in wheelchairs who enter through the exit may not ride in those seats unless a member of their party waits through the line. Please see guide book for restrictions on number of guests through the exit for each ride.
Procedure for transferring from wheelchair to ride attraction: When applicable, rides will be stopped to assure a safe transfer.
Attractions not considered safe for guests in wheelchairs or with mobility disabilities: Symbols are posted next to the entrance of rides to indicate certain physical conditions which could be affected by that ride. Additional restrictions are listed in the guide book. Guest's safety is an important priority. Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of a rider.

PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY OR VISUAL DISABILITIES:
Persons with physical disabilities not using wheelchairs will be expected to wait their turn in line. Exceptions to this rule should be made in advance with park management.

PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS WITH ASSISTANCE DOGS:
Assistance dogs are allowed at most locations, but are not allowed on rides. Someone in the party must stay with the animal. A rest area and water are available for assistance dogs at the kennel; please see Guest Services to make arrangements.

PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS WITH HEARING DISABILITIES:
Hearing devices may be damaged by water on water rides and vibration on other rides. Guests should take precautions to protect such items.
